Ms Nise Malange​

CHAIRPERSON

Director of BAT Center, Script Writing, film and video production, published poet.

The KwaZulu-Natal Film Commission was established in accordance with a provincial Act passed in 2010. The KwaZulu-Natal Film Commission is set to begin fulfilling its mandate to make the province a film production centre. In 2014/2015, the KZNFC developed systems and policies to support and attract national and international roleplayers in the film industry.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ms Linda Ngcobo

MEMBER

She qualified as a Chartered Accountant 18 years ago, after completed her training contract with PricewaterhouseCoopers (Coopers & Lybrand). She attended the Management Development Programme in B-BBEE at Unisa in January 2011, which is a NQF 7 level qualification. Linda is one of the founders and Managing Director of 1st Verification Networx (1st VN), a Durban based B-BBEE verification agency, which has been operation for 16 years. 1st VN is a SANAS accredited B-BBEE verification agency that employs 13 staff members. 1st VN has a numerous clients ranging from Listed Entities to SMME clients. 1st VN was among the first verification agencies that were accredited by SANAS to issue B-BBEE certificates in 2009.

Mr Musa Mzimela

Speaker at King Cetshwayo District Municipality, HR, governance and political transformation. Representing SALGA. The KwaZulu-Natal Film Commission was established in accordance with a provincial Act passed in 2010. The KwaZulu-Natal Film Commission is set to begin fulfilling its mandate to make the province a film production centre. Ms Leonie Berning

MEMBER

Operations director in remuneration and HR, consulting in tourism and incentives. The KwaZulu-Natal Film Commission was established in accordance with a provincial Act passed in 2010. The KwaZulu-Natal Film Commission is set to begin fulfilling its mandate to make the province a film production centre. In 2014/2015, the KZNFC developed systems and policies to support and attract national and international role players in the film industry. 

Mr Sanele Zondi

MEMBER

Sanele has over 15 years’ experience working in stakeholder relationship management, sales and distribution, marketing, retail, public relations and communications, advertising, brand building and leadership, portfolio management, trade promotion and investment, and project planning and management environments. He also has experience in strategy development and deployment, policy development, research analysis, public administration, business development, corporate social investments and portfolio strategies. Sanele is an expert in information and communications technology (ICT), and digital and business development strategies specializing in Africa expansion and investment promotion.
