The KwaZulu-Natal Film Commission is calling for applications from local (KwaZulu-Natal) film and TV producers to be part of the KwaZulu-Natal Film Commission’s registered delegates at the 2022 Durban International Film Festival.

The 43rd edition of the Durban International Film Festival (DIFF) themed “Adaptation, Survival and Sustainability” will run from July 21 to 30.  The festival is hosted by the University of KwaZulu-Natal’s Centre for Creative Arts (CCA). The festival is widely regarded as one of the leading film festivals on the African continent and a vital event on the international film calendar, DIFF offers filmmaker workshops, industry seminars, discussion forums, and outreach activities that include screenings.

Closing date for submissions: 14 July 2022

Preference will be given to applicants from designated groups.

 

NB: All KZN Film Commission delegates will be required to submit attendance report within 14 days after the event.
